INGREDIENTS

Long Stem Fresh Strawberries | (2) 16 oz. containers

Organic Dark Chocolate 56% Cacao | (6) 3 oz. bars

Flo-Coat | 3 drops

DIRECTIONS

Rinse Strawberries with cold water leaving stems attached. Drain and thoroughly dry with a paper towel then set aside. Melt (6) 3 oz. Bars of Organic Dark Chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat. Simmer for 5-10 minutes or until melted. Stir in 3 drops of Flo-Coat to melted chocolate slowly. This is the “secret sauce” to prevent your chocolate from clumping. Dip and coat each strawberry, one at a time, and place onto parchment paper. Let stand for 15-20 minutes. Add toppings as desired. Refrigerate.
